Booking your stay at Nougayrede Bas

• We accept bookings for Nougayrede Bas by telephone, e-mail or post. It is often best to ring and confirm availability, so that if satisfied you can make a provisional reservation then and there. If you make a provisional reservation by telephone or e-mail, we hold it for three days to allow time for you to write in with a booking form (down-loadable below) and advance rental of 50% of one week's rent. We will then send formal confirmation that your booking is firm.
• After that, we ask you to pay the balance not later than two months before your holiday.
• We also ask for a security deposit of £250 against damage (or in case exceptional cleaning should be found necessary). This is payable with the final balance and will be returned one week after your return home, less any deductions due

Payment 

This can be made by cheque to our home address, which we will notify to you when you make your provisional booking.

Other practicalities:

• You will find a welcome pack on arrival.
• The house and pool are cleaned before your stay.
• We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
• A telephone is available for incoming calls and free local outgoing calls.
