Making your booking

Making your booking. We accept bookings for Nougayrede by telephone, e-mail or post. It is usually best to ring and confirm availability, and if satisfied you can make a verbal reservation then and there. We then hold the verbal reservation for three days in order to allow you time to send a completed a booking form (down-loadable below) and advance rental of 50% of one week's rent.

On receiving these, we send written confirmation of the booking. After that, we ask you to pay the balance not later than two months before your arrival date.

We also ask for a security deposit of £250 against damage (or leaving the house in need of exceptional cleaning.) This is payable with the final balance and will be returned one week after you leave Nougayrede Bas, less any deductions due.

• The house and pool are cleaned before your stay.
• We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
